The yoga sessions offered are also a big stress reliever. The classes involve stretching classes and other related exercise and the feedback has been motivating. The services offered are quite many and one has to consider the time schedule as well since one has to consider the time utilization process of their clients. The positioning of the services is well thought of in manner that satisfies all the clients. The main activity offered by the centre is the massaging session. The clients are offered sessions where they are massaged by professionals. Theses sessions however follow a certain schedule observed by the centre.
On a weekly basis the schedule followed is; Wed-Friday: 9am-6pm, Thursday: 11am-6pm, Saturday: 10am - 4pm, the center is closed on Sundays to give a break to the employees as well as the clients.
